Imagine what it would feel like to rub Vaseline around your eyes. It would never soak in, would make your hair stick to the skin around your eyes, would smell funny, and would probably not do anything to help under eye circles or wrinkles. That's exactly what this creme is like. I would not recommend it.

Needs better instructions for use. The first time I used it I pushed my finger into this hard cream and sort of shattered it, and it took a while to smooth the surface again. I finally figured out that you use very little of this cream, and you apply it by rubbing your finger around the surface of the cream and let you body heat warm and soften the bit you will use. Then I apply this very small amount around my eyes. I use it as a night cream because it's a little heavy (and no SPF for day use), but I'm happy with the results.

I have spent a fortune on a variety of high priced eye cremes and was never really satisfied with them. Then this spring I developed the most horrible allergic conjunctivitis I have experienced in my life. The skin around my eyes looked like crepe, and anything I put on burned like fire. This is the only creme I can use that does not burn and keeps the skin moist and supple. This product contains Bees Wax which is why it is stiff, but I consider this a plus as it will also smooth the appearance of fine lines.

Hard like a wax -- how do you put that under delicate skin under your eyes? I tried only once, rubbing it into my skin under my eyes, and it gave me a burning sting to my eyes. It does not absorb at all. I would not even use it on my feet!

I have used more expensive eye/wrinkle treatments than this, but this one seems to work the best. Before using this, the skin under my eyes was dry, and beginning to show some signs of aging with fine lines. After using it just once I saw a difference just from the moisturizing effects; my skin looked plump and younger. I have sensitive skin and this does not sting or burn the skin around the eye area. It moisturizes well, which plumps up the skin and seems to make fine lines less noticeable. A small amount goes a long way. I also like that this is not a runny serum or drippy cream. Also, there are mostly natural ingredients included in this formula. This product is reasonably priced and I would repurchase it.

This is absolutely the most moisturizing eye cream I have tried thus far...and I've tried tons. I only use it at night, as it takes a while to absorb into the skin. In the morning, my eye area is moist and healthy looking. Wonderful!

Love this stuff as a moisturizer. Doesn't do a lot for wrinkles or puffiness, but I have eczema around the eyes and it prevents it and makes your eye area baby soft.

I have really liked the Burt's Bees lip line and body lotions so I thought I would try this. It was hard and sticky on my finger. Once I got it smoothed around my eye it seemed fine except for the odd smell. I could have lived with the smell, but the creme just sat there around my eye all day, never absorbing into my skin. I eventually wiped it off because it looked so shiny and odd.

One should never rub the skin around the eye, no matter how soft the cream is. I put this product on my fingers, and rub them together. Body heat melts the cream and I pat it around my eyes. My wrinkles are much less noticable, even the dark color under my eyes is lighter. Make-up goes on very smoothly over this, and doesn't look creased.

I expected a "jelly" gel, not a stiff cream. The last thing I want to do is pull the skin around my eyes putting on this hard substance!
