This is a good facial mask. I used it for the first time today. My skin was really smooth after the initial use. Good price, and great product -- just like many other Burt's products. I would buy it again.

Not a bad mask. I don't know about any "pore refining, but I definitely feel refreshed. I like Burt's Bees stuff, but probably won't buy it again.

Everyone keeps saying how difficult it is to mix, but I don't find it to be a problem at all...my best advice is ignore the instructions and do what I do: wet the palm of your hand, pour a bit of the mask onto your palm and add a bit of water (I have the tap on as I do this so I can just stick my hand back under if I need to add more), then mix with a finger. Takes only seconds and is very simple to do. I use this mask twice a week and adore it. It makes my skin soft and zit free.

This product is awesome. Unlike the tomato toner and soap, it clears up my skin so well! I don't know what the difference is, because the other two had completely the opposite effect on my skin. It gives a deep clean, and once you mix it a few times, it is pretty easy to do after that. It works best using tomato juice for me because I have acne. I tried it with water the first time around and it did not have the same, great effect as with the tomato juice. Highly recommend!

This may be the best facial mask I've ever used and I've used a bunch. It clears my skin and refines my pores in a way no other mask I've used has ever done. That being said, it's messy and hard to use. If they wanted to perfect this product, they'd make it READY TO USE rather than all the mixing. I can never get the product even on my face and I end up wasting quite a bit. I don't use it as often as I need it because I don't feel like fooling with it a lot of the time. For effect I'd give it four stars, but for ease of use I'd give it two.

This product is okay. Didn't think that mixing it myself would be much work, but I feel like the consistency of the mixture didn't turn out right. Also, the amount specified on the box to make is way too much then is needed for one application. After I put the stuff on my face it dried and when I looked it the mirror it looked so disgusting, like some sick seaweed mud paste dried up. And it smelled weird -- I don't know that it did anything for my skin.

I have tried almost EVERY mask out there, Mary Kay, ProActiv, Biore, Neutrogena, and when I discovered Burt's Mask, my acne was cleared up OVERNIGHT! This is truly a miracle mask! I just threw out all my other expensive garbage masks, and I am sticking with this one!
