spout is good, the disc is another thing. You have to was by hand cause after you put in dishwasher a couple of times it looses its seal and leaks.

These are the best spouts/cups on the market! The transition from the Avent bottle nipple to the flexible spout and then to the toddler spout was so easy! If they are assembled properly, they do not leak at all. And cleaning is so easy. All others I've used never seem to get 100% clean. Love it!

This is not the same spout sold even 6 months ago. The new "easier to clean" spout is no doubt easier to clean; however the plastic used to make the spout can be easily chewed and broken down. It's a hard plastic, not the material formerly used. This spout adds Avent products to the level of quality of all the other less expensive sippy cups out there.

I've been using these for years, with all my kids. It's the perfect transition from nipple to sippy cup, and it really does not drip!

The best NO-SPILL cup out there. Even though it's a little tougher to clean then Playtex cups, I think it's way more sanitary!! I know for me I ended up using q-tips on the Playtex plunger to wipe away residue. For the Avent cup, you just disassemble the lid and pop the pieces into the dishwasher. CLEAN!!!
