I'd already been using a lot -- maybe all -- of the ingredients in this for years (some from traditional Chinese herbal remedies), but this makes it lots easier. I take this if I'm around sick people -- and so does my teenage son, who doesn't take "medicine" -- and have been sick much less than before. I've been using it for a few years, since I first saw it in stores. If I start feeling cold symptoms I use the Chinese herbal pills, but as prevention this seems to work for us (and tastes good and is easy to swallow)

This stuff really works. We were first told about it by airline personnel. Taken early, when feeling the onset of a cold or just "run down" it seems to boost the immune system and usually improves things with hours. Most of the time it prevents getting a cold. We've used it for years, and my wife travels a lot. She always uses it just before getting on a plane, and it has worked virtually 100%. It's easy and pleasant to take, and is used by a lot of frequent travelers. I would not recommend taking "all the time", and it is not recommended to do so.

To prevent getting sick, I take it just before traveling and while traveling. I also take it when I've been near someone sick or feel like I'm getting sick. It works for me!

As long as I take this every 2 hrs. when I feel I'm getting ill, I am usually only sick 1/2 the amount of time as usual - if I get sick at all. Sometimes it completely prevents it - as long as I get enough sleep!

I have had very good luck with this produce if i start taking when I feel cold sympoms coming on and take every 3 hours until i feel better. it also shortens the length of a cold and how severe it is. I am very pleased with the product

My family and I use this at the first onset of cold symptoms. As a vitamin supplement, it is harmless, and it wokrs for us.
