Airborne is so effective for me when I use it before I feel like I am getting sick. I work with adolescent boys all day so when I see that a lot of kids are getting strep throat, colds, or flus I take this when I get home and I haven't been sick yet!!

I try and use Airborne at the first onset of a cold. It generally helps and it's so easy to take. It's not a miracle drug but does contain various vitamins and supplements to help with cold symptoms suppression.

I just suck on this tablet, it's tingley on the tongue but it sure seems to help me stop what cold symptoms are starting; most often. Taste is good.

I depend on this stuff to keep me well. As soon as I feel something coming on, I take this as directed along with Emergen-C and it knocks the virus right out. I use this product most often when I start feeling sick. I have 7 children that are always bringing some bug home with them. When I start feeling sick and take the airborne, I am able to prevent getting a cold. I usually use it 3 times a day when I start to get sick and so far it has prevented a cold every time! Airborne is a terrific immune system booster. I've used it for about 3 years now, and I don't get sick as often or for as long a duration as I used to prior to using Airborne. This is a minor miracle since I live in NYC and consequently I'm constantly in close contact with other people. These tablets are particularly good with a bit of juice mixed with water.

I use Airborne as a preventitive. If I have to go to an area of known sickness or gatherings during the flu and cold season. Airborne also works when I take it at the first signs of a cold or scratchy throat. If the first dose doesn't get it do another.
