It has a nice minty feel to it. Effective yet not harsh. Will buy again!

I just put some on after I shower and it has prevented breakouts. I have mild acne and oily skin and this product seems to help combat both.

This product has a great minty smell. The only thing I don't like about it is how tight it makes my face feel after I use it. This is easily fixed with a little face lotion. I switched from poractiv and have not had one single big beakout since. If I do get a few blemishes, they are gone within a day using this product.

I have tried just about EVERYTHING there is to clear up my oily, acne-prone AND super sensitive skin and nothing has worked for long and never without irritation... Until now! I purchased this treatment a few weeks ago and have used it 1 to 2 times daily ever since. Firstly, I love the cooling effect the peppermint has on my skin (makes it much easier to function/stop sweating/ apply makeup in the Arizona heat). I also LOVE that I haven't experienced any irritation and noticed a soothing quality right away. It took about a week before I began noticing visible results, but my skin just keeps getting clearer and clearer :-) I still haven't found the perfect cleanser/toner/moisturizer but I will definitely keep Kiss My Face Break Out as my perfect treatment! (Oh, a side note: this stuff is great for my more moderate acne treatment and prevention, but when I do get a more sever breakout I find it works well in conjunction with a tea tree oil based spot treatment).

This product works great for mild acne and/or monthly breakouts. It clears them up in just a day or two. I used to use prescription meds for my face, but wanted something that was not full of chemicals, so I tried this. I'm so glad that I did! I will continue using this product, especially now that Kiss My Face reformulated their product and it's even better! Plus, you only need a little bit for each use so it should last a while. Worth the money!

I've been using this product for about 5 days after years of using a well-advertised acne regimen from TV. I have adult acne across my forehead and chin, and this product is minimizing the zits and smoothing my skin out. I use this after washing my face with a gentle cleanser twice a day, and so far I'm very pleased! It's cool on the skin, doesn't irritate, and is effective.

shrank the ones I already had, and helped heal the old ones. It's so gentle it doesn't feel like it's working, but it is. My skin is changing as I get older and the acne isn't the same as when I was a teen, so most of the products I used to use are too harsh now.

I had a faceful of acne due to stress so I got to test this out for everything at once. I used the product twice a day all over my face. It works wonders for those under-the-skin painful bumps - mine shrunk in half in a day! It smoothed away my few whiteheads in abotu 2 days. It did nothing for blackheads though. And my inflamed red-bumps (some with white heads) are getting better but the effect wasn't dramatic like it was for the under-the-skin cysts. I think it was a bit drying for my combination skin in the winter.

Great for daily use or that occasional breakout (especially at that time of the month). Would like the formula to be a little thicker or the hole in the container smaller. It's a bid watery so it runs out when you open the lid so you tend to use too much or spill it. Only need a small dab.

this has worked great for my skin by soothing the irritation caused by my adult acne. it's inexpensive and all natural, and loves my fair skin. i use it mostly for the deep, painful bumps that haven't reached the surface yet, this absolutely speeds healing time! often bringing them to surface whiteheads, which this product works great on, too.
