I see a difference right away. My hair feels sleek and stronger. I drink plenty of fluids and do not totally rely on supplements only for a great head of hair. Hair washing every other day helps. MaryAnn sb

I noticed the nasty smell too. Honestly, I don't think this is any great shakes -- it's ok. I feel better taking zinc and cysteine separately which is really all you need. but there isn't much you can do about nutritional hair support other than take a quality multivitamin in a capsule, eat healthy, and wash hair only every other day.

This seemed to be the only hair supplement which worked. I was reluctant to spend the money for it at first, but I noticed that whenever I take it for a period of time I find less hair on the bathroom floor, and my hair looks healthier. It has pretty nasty smell to it, it doesn't bother me though.

If you have any of the common asthma food allergies (milk, shellfish, caffeine), then you will probably have a wheat allergy, too. If you do, most hair supplements will aggravate your scalp and hair condition. The origin of your scalp and hair problems could be unknown food allergies. That was my problem and taking Eluhair made it worse. If you have the same problem, try homeopathic hair and skin pills from hmedicine.com. You can also improve your health by taking nature's way intestinal release primadolphus. It really improves digestion. The name sounds strange but it's really stuff from regular yogurt. Also, don't eat too much of anything that can increase yeast levels in your body like rice, sugar, bread. I am a female in my thirties and my hairline is growing back. Hope this helps!
