Indications
For relief of muscle aches and stiffness due to minor injuries, overexertion, falls and blows. Reduces pain, swelling and discoloration from bruises.

I love the Arnica Montana sublingual pills, they are the best after surgery, helping me recover faster, getting my bruises and inflammation gone in half the time and making the incision from a major surgery (in my case fourteen inches long) heal in ten days! It was so amazing the Doctor asked me what I was taking. All my family uses it after surgery and we all had the same effect, a fast recovery! I had also used Arnica Gel after broken bones, bad bruises and muscle spasms and nothing works better. I think Boiron is the best brand available in the US. Try it both and you will also be amazed! I had used Arnica for the past 17 years for broken ribs, broken metatarsal bone, elbow surgery, sprain ankle and even after a myomectomy with amazing results.

I got this after hearing about it and reading some reviews on it. I also asked my surgeon about it. I had surgery on my foot and it was swollen and bruised and thought maybe the oral portion would help and it did but not enough supply! The gel still here but really need a towel to wipe your hands off once you apply the product as it is pretty messy! Not sure if the gel works but I felt the oral pellets did work there was just not enough pellets for the price!

I was introduced to this product after a hard bump to my wrist (over-excited dog + under-experienced dog walker). The injury was minor but very painful and would normally have produced a huge, swollen, purple bruise. My dog-owner friend put a thin layer of arnica gel onto the injury and: NO BRUISE. The wound was a bit tender for a day or so, but never swelled and never turned purple. This was an amazing result given my propensity for bad bruises.
I have since used it a couple of other times when I've taken a hard bump into furniture or had my foot trod upon by the kiddos.
Only today my chlld slightly sprained a wrist at soccer practice. Applied the gel, and after about 30 minutes the injury site was much reduced in pain and never swelled.

I was hoping from all the reviews that this stuff would work and for a very short time I thought it did but then the oral beads ran out too fast! Expensive stuff for such a small supply!

I recently had surgery and the Arnica helped with the healing of the bruising and swelling. It has a pleasant smell and is easy to apply. I plan on keeping it around for everyday bumps and bruises!
