This supplement works! Just shortly after turning 20, I began to have extreme PMS mood swings and cramps. I was considering getting a prescription for this. I happened upon a natural food store (for another product) when I happened to have a cramp. Embarrassing except that the clerk behind the counter was female and suggested this product. It is easily taken with dissolving sugar. It works wonderfully and as promised. I highly recommend it as an alternative to a prescription.
