I have had this dryer for a few years. It is slightly quieter than the average hair dryer. I don't notice any difference as far as hair shininess. It took me a while to get used to the awkward power switch. Summary: It is cheap and works fine, but it is nothing spectacular.

It's big, bulky, heavy, and no better than your average hair dryer. The controls are in the wrong place and I accidentally turn it off every time I use it! I have not noticed any difference in my hair, despite the claims that this dryer is supposed to be better for your hair than any hair dryer out there. Save your money and don't buy this!!

I'm not a fan of this model Conair hair dryer. I will continue to use this model on the low setting to dry my 3 year old's hair (she complains that the high setting is too loud for her), but want to find something more powerful and useful for myself. I saw no difference with the ions on or off.

Okay, maybe it's just me, but I've had this dryer for 3 years now and I've never accidently turned it off. I must just be gripping it differently than everybody else. Anyway, this is just an average hair dryer. It really hasn't controlled my frizzies like it says it does. Nothing too special about it. It does the job of a hair dryer though. And for the price, it's not bad.

This blow dryer worked ok for the first month, but after that it stopped working in the middle of me using it, it just decided to turn off. i would not recommend this to anyone who wants a reliable blow dryer.
