This is a decent mascara. It doesn't clump, flake, or smudge. It holds my curl for a few hours which is all I need it to do. It's easy to remove with just soap and water. The only bad thing I can find about this mascara so far is the smell. It doesn't transfer to your lashes and you don't smell it throughout the day, just as your applying it.

This requires a couple of coats to achieve even a natural look, but I prefer that to one coat giving me an overdone appearance. I have never had any crumbs and flakes getting into my eyes, which is a problem with most other mascaras I've tried.

I like this mascara because I have brown eyelashes and most mascaras are too dark (black) and stand out with my natural look. This mascara is great for doing layers without clumping. For a light natural look, apply once. For a dramatic evening look, wait for first layer to dry then apply again, and again if needed. No clumps, no smears, not waxy. Just nice! Because it is not waxy, the tube doesn't last as long as my previous favorite mascara, but then again, I'm told I should not be using the same tube of mascara for 2 years straight!

I like the light volume that applies onto my lashes, but the smell of the mascara is one to get used to. The smell goes away as soon as it's applied.

I bought this product because I have long lashes, but they are blonde at the tips (making them appear shorter). I just needed something to naturally accentuate what I already have. I usually do not wear any mascara because most apply so heavily they look Tammy Faye-ish and are difficult to remove. I wear very little makeup overall and this mascara blends well with a natural look. I was afraid it was too dark (darker in person than on the on-line color sample), but once on, it looked more brown than black (which is what I wanted). It will rub off if you rub your eyes, but does not smear and is easily removed. I cannot recommend this for a "night on the town", as I think most people would want more eye popping volume than this product would give. I highly recommend for everyday use and also for girls just starting to wear makeup. A little goes a long way. Another trick for tinting the tips of lashes without the bulk of a full mascara application is to use a fan makeup brush to just apply mascara to the tips of lashes.

I can only say that it smelled so bad I could not even use it, it was horrific. Maybe I received a bad one, I didn't want to waste my time shipping it back. I am completely dissatisfied with this product!

Great product. I feel its comprable to Clinique but half the price!

I have complete control in applying this mascara which is important to me. It's great for creating a more natural look, with a gentle emphasis to your eyes rather than screaming that you're wearing mascara. You do have to apply it numerous times if you want more emphasis, but that doesn't bother me. At times, I can get "raccoon eyes" underneath, but a cotton swab dabbed with water takes care of that easily. Sometimes I can wash it off with cleanser; other times, I need an eye make-up remover. The mascara is great for adding color to eyebrows, too.

All I've ever used my whole life (36 yrs) is Max Factor 2000 calorie mascara. I have somehow gotten sick and tired of it lately. You have to constantly watch for flakes and smudges. It clumps sooooooo much, and it's not really good until it 'ages'. I have to wipe most of the mascara off on a tissue and then apply. Also, MF 2K burns your eyes at times, so not good if you have sensitive eyes. It has been known to give me a headache too. But, it does get you a dramatic look if you apply it correctly, LOL . This Neutrogena Weightless mascara gives your lashes a 'just lovely' natural look! Mmmm so sexxy... And NO CLUMPS!!!! Whooohooo! It's definitely an 'everyday' mascara though. Use a more 'difficult' mascara for evening or special occasions, but I wholely recommend this Neutrogena Weightless for everday use.

What I really like is that my eyes don't itch. I've tried lots of "sensitive eyes" mascaras and have been disappointed. So far so good with this one. I've used it about 6 times.
