Twitching and Bloody Eye
The drop does not feel irritating upon application.
However, I started having frequent twitching as another user mentiond in the review after 1 month of usage.

After 2 month, I got bloody eye in my left eye which has never happened to me in my life. It maybe be a coincidence and maybe unrelated to this drop. But I had to stop becuase of twitching.

These eye drops really work to relieve tired, strained, burning eyes. There's no initial sting or shock when you first put a drop in, like other eye drops that have chemical preservatives.
I love this one of a kind product. I often strain my eyes if I sit in front of the computer for too many hours. Two drops in each eye and 20 minutes later my eyes are refreshed and and seeing well again.
I use this product when I am on my computer for long periods of time. Lubricates quickly. Glass bottle & short plastic nozzle is to hard to handle and squeeze to get the drops out I also seem to lose some of the drops because of this. The plastic bottles are easy to squeeze and not lose any drops. I recomend changing to all plastic.

I have found this product to be the best relief from my dry eye problem. I've tried other products, even the same brand dry eye solution, but this works better for me. I put drops in before bed so my eyes are much better in the morning. I've even tried the gels but this works better. Then add another drop in the morning. I still need to use a redness reliever before early work mornings tho. I spend about 12hrs or more a day on a computer so maybe that's why!
