I love the volume I have after using this Shampoo. I use the Conitioner as well. I use this product almost every day. It protects my color ans leaves my hair with lovely shine. Hair feels clean but not too dry. I love this product and I'm so glad my hairdresser suggested it.

Do not use this product if you have fine, brittle hair. My hair is fine, so I started using this shampoo to get more volume. It absolutely fried my hair - split ends galore and kind of fuzzy and made it very brittle (it hadn't been brittle before). Hair would break off constantly in my hands and in the brush. I just switched to Garnier Length & Strength and see a TREMENDOUS difference in just two days! No more breakage. So, for those of you who have hair like mine, don't use volumizing shampoos at all.

For the first few washes my hair was volumed out and I thought I was in love this item. Then it started losing the volume effect and became a dark oily/build-up flat look. Too heavy for my normal to oily, fine, color treated hair.

I also found this to be actually stripping the color out of my hair rather than protecting it as it claims to. In fact, I have never had any other shampoo strip the color out or my hair as noticibaly as this one. Additionally, the only volume I got was a dry, frizzy, fly-away quality that I've never had before (my hair is pretty straight and smooth on it's own) and is definitley undesirable. I couldn't recommend this to anyone.
