I am an adult hooked on Fred, Wilma, Barney, and Betty. I started taking this multi-vitamin because I was unable to swallow too many pills a day. Now, I take it on a daily basis and have reordered over and over. My doctor had my vitamin levels tested. Results found vitamin levels at acceptable levels.

These flintstone vits are the best and actually taste good! I found that I cannot take adult vitamins, especially the ones formulated for women. All of them make me nauseas, even the expensive capsules and the adult chewables taste so awful I took them back. I almost gave up, until my doctor recommended taking a childrens vitamin. As long as they have the recommended daily nutrients that an adult needs, they are fine. I take 2, one in the morning and one at night. I never get sick with these and I feel like I'm doing something good for my body. I have energy and don't get ill as much. Plus, I can't handle the hunks of iron and other junk they put in adult vitamins. Way too much stuff that isn't necessary, no wonder they make some folks feel awful. I have a friend that's pregnant and a co-worker that had gastric-bypass and both their physicians recommended childrens vitamins. It always makes me wonder why people scrunch up their face and say an adult shouldn't take them. I think they need to do their research first. Some children's vits are not for adults and won't provide you with what you need, but flintstone complete are just fine and even give an adult dosage on the bottle. I am so happy with these! As far as sugar, they only contain 0.34 grams. If you have problems with adult vits, try flinstone complete.

I am a family doctor and choose this vitamin for my own picky eater. This is my choice and recommendation because it contains 100% RDA of iron and only requires 1 tablet a day (1/2 for 2-4 years old). I also recommend it to pregnant women and others who get nauseous with regular multivitamins. Pregnant women need 2 tablets a day to get enough folic acid and iron.

I have been using this vitamin for a while now and it's easy to chew. Taste isn't that bad either.

We've used all kinds of children's vitamins over the years, but based on the price, taste and vitamin content, we like Flintstone's the best. I took them as a child, and they are now helping round our the nutritional needs of my own children. I especially like that they contain iron, as many other children's vitamins don't.

I grew up on Flintstones Vitamins and I am coming back to them even though I'm an adult. They still taste great. These are good for women that need that extra iron like I do but don't want mega-doses of vitamins. They are so easy to take and very inexpensive. It is impossible to find an adult multi-vitamin with iron that only has 100% of the RDA. My old vitamins had mega-doses of vitamins with 5000% of the RDA of some vitamins and 1533% of the RDA for others. They were expensive and made my pee fluorescent. Who needs that much? I found out that those aren't really good for you and stopped taking them.

One of my friends OB/Gyn's recommended these to her when she was having trouble keeping down the horse pills (i.e. prenatal vitamins). They have the recommended daily amount of folic acid indicated for expecting moms. I take them daily, just because I have a tough time taking pills myself. At 29 years old, I'm still a "Flinstone's Kid"!
