These pills didn't do anything for me. I didn't have any of the side effects some others reported, either. It might be worth a shot if you're looking for something, maybe they will help you. But for me, literally nothing happened.

The first time I tried these, they appeared to really work for me. My acne cleared up quite a bit, and I was confident about my skin. However, after using two bottles, I ran out, and neglected to buy anymore because I couldn't find them in stores. My acne slowly came back, so I found them and started taking them again. However, this time they seemed to have no effect. I took every day, but they didn't seem to improve my skin at all. For all those suffering from acne and looking for a good way to improve your skin, I highly recommend taking a good multivitamin (GNC Women's formula is great) and Borage Oil. The borage oil really works -- it lessens your sebum production and helps clear up your skin.

This is by far the best acne product I have ever used. I think it took about a month for it to really kick in, but now my complexion looks better than it has in years. For men, I recommend combining this with Nivea for Men Double Action Face wash.

Did nothing! I've used sulfur in face creams before, and that seems to work miracles. Maybe sulfur ingested does nothing. If you want to try pills for acne, get something with Burdock root and Blue Flag (or sasparilla) in it, that always works for me.

I know results may vary among individuals, but this product has been an absolute miracle for me. From the first day I used it I could tell it was working. I've had terrible problems with adult hormonal acne for years, and now my skin is clearer than it's ever been. I dissolve the tablets under my tongue once a day. I've used it for over two months and I think it's the most effective product of any kind I've ever used. I hope I never have to be without it!
