I was experiencing terrible hot flashes throughout the night, and the Chillow definitely helped me with those. It may not be a "perfect" product, but I can say that I use it every night, and it has helped me tremendously. In my opinion it was well worth the money.

I've suffered from hot flashes which interrupted my sleep for years... NO MORE! I love my Chillow! I highly recommend it, but do get the air out properly--you may have to do this a few times to get the full benefit... but believe me, it's worth it!

I love it!! I have had it for 3 months...suffered with the night sweats, as well as flashes for 3 YEARS. Then, I bought this product! At first, I thought it would be uncomfortable to lay on, but on top of a pillow inside a cotton pillowcase, it is not! Now if they would only create a Chillow Body Pillow, I will be in my glory!

This is my 3rd pillow. I love it for the night sweats. It seems I keep giving mine away. I prefer to place it on top of my pillow. I find that works better for me than in the pillow case.

For use with dogs, it's great. In the summer, my dogs love lying on these. (For dogs that chew...don't give them one as they will not only destroy it, but will get water everywhere. It's also probably dangerous). Anyway, for me I found the Chillow big, bulky, and uncomfortable. For me, a much smaller one I could lay on my neck or stomach or back during a hotflash would make more sense. It IS very cool and does cool me down, but is not comfortable to lay on. I tried just using it during a flash, but it was too heavy to use that way. Another point - when you have hot flashes, they come and go. For a time, you're normal, then you're on fire, then you're chilled, so you don't really want or need something cold 100% of the time. To me, it makes more sense to have something of this exact material, just small and portable. Keep it handy, have a flash, lay it on your neck, get chilly, lay it back down, and so on. Maybe they will make something like that, and then this one to please everyone.

It was cool, but it was hard, heavy, and very uncomfortable to lay on. It did not want to stay in place and would get twisted up in the pillow case. I had mine less than three months when it sprung a leak and soaked my bed!

Have had it for 3 years now. I have 2 Bishon Dogs that sleep with us. Unfortunately, I had to share the chillow with one of the dogs. Got tired of that, so I bought them each one for the living room couch. They love it...just try to push them off it!
