My sister gave me this for my birthday. I do love the fact that it keeps my pillow cold and helps me fall asleep. It is a little uncomfortable at first, but after a couple of nights you get used to it. My big complaint is that it leaks easily. I woke up at 2:00 AM one morning to find that it had leaked and my hair and bed were soaked! I have tried to repair it but it eventually springs more leaks. It seems the problem is that the seams are very thin and can't take much movement. If you sleep as still as a corpse this will work for you. However if you are like me, and tend to flip a little when you sleep, you might just want to turn a fan on to keep cool!

I ordered two Chillows. They felt wonderful, but both started leaking all over my bed after a couple of days. Drugstore.com promptly replaced them, but one of the replacements also leaked after a couple of days. The other one has been OK. I applaud Drugstore.com for their customer service! They are the BEST!

Although it may stay cool, it was totally uncomfortable. I slipped it inside my pillowcase and it was stiff and inflexible. I bought it to help relieve migraine headaches, but because of the discomfort, I only used it for 15 minutes. Perhaps I would have gotten used to it in time. Waste of my money.

The Chillow does keep cool. I like it during the summer months; I place it in the same pillow case as my regular pillow and sleep on the Chillow. The negative factors are that the water floats to one side, and may leak just a bit.

Although the Chillow does stay cool for a while, it eventually heats up. It is also very heavy, so you have to leave your pillow in one spot. It now lives in my closet.

I bought the Chillow for my wife to help her combat hot flashes. It seemed to work well for the first two months, but just last week it began leaking along the seam. Unitl they can improve this design flaw, I wouldn't waste your money.

I LOVE this product! All you have to do is measure eight cups of water, pour it in the pillow, and then it stays cool! I have been using it two weeks now, and I LOVE it! I slip it in my pillowcase over my regular pillow, and it's great. I would recommend this to anyone who likes having a cool pillow at night. =]

The Chillow is wonderful! I suffer with Cluster Migraines and get terrible neck pain with the headaches. If I sleep on the Chillow, the neck pain is much milder and the Migraine is eased. I filled my Chillow when I received it over six months ago and have still not needed to refill it. If it gets warm after several hours of use, setting it aside on a hard surface for 15 minutes cools it again for several more hours of use. I use it in a pillowcase to soften the stiff plastic cover. I will never be without one again.
