I bought this to alleviate night sweats and it works great! It can be used on top of a pillow or under different sections of your body - wherever the need is! It is great for alleviating the heat of a sunburn too. My only complaint is the plastic smell but it seems to be lessening the longer it is out of the box. Great product!

I like the coolness but it doesn't stay cool through the night even if I change positions. I alternate with a second pillow and it works OK.

I have Multiple Sclerosis, and am heat sensitive so this product works great at keeping my body cooler. I also have menopausal night sweats, and hot flashes. This helps tremendously.

I bought my first Chillow at a local BED shop about 6 years ago. I used it for a while, then switched bedrooms. Forgot about the little baby. Revived it and it still provides much coolness after all these years. Have bought one for a friend and she loves it and now all the Bridge Club wants one. Great for Diabetics with those hot feet. Plan on buying one for all my big sisters who suffer through the night. I leave mine off to the side, not on my pillow, just reach out and I get get cooled down. Great Product!!!!

Pretty neat-o! I have night sweats due to polycystic ovary syndrome and this really helps me sleep. It does get warm eventually but I just pivot it to the top edge and its cool all over again. Love it!

I never thought I would need one of these but it does the trick!!! I get night sweats frequently. So I keep my Chillow inside my pillow case with my reg. pillow. When I feel a flash coming on I just flip my pillow over to the side where my Chillow is and it wards off the hot flash. It works great for me. I do have one down side to it. It is quite heavy and I move my pillow around a lot at night. So sometimes I struggle with moving it. Other then that I LOVE IT!!!
