Highly recommonded for all women suffering from night time hot flashes and sweating. My symptoms were very severe and this simple product has nearly eliminated the problem and has made it possible for me to get a restful night's sleep! The results were much better than I'd hoped for. Very important to read and follow the directions if you want the Chillow to work properly.

The Chillow is just another disappointment. It is cool for a very short time. It then attracts and holds the heat of your body. It becomes a heating pad instead of a cooling devise. I wish I had not spent the money. I would never recommend it to anyone.

I bought this product several years ago for a friend and decided not to give it to her. I found it in my closet the other day and thought I'd see what it was all about. I got it ready and let my husband use it. He loved it, but wouldn't stay put for him. It stays in place for me just fine. I think I just move less in the night. It cools great. Keeps me cool all night. Those of you looking for a COLD sensation, this is not it. This is just a gentle cooling that is definitely cooler than your core temp, but not too cold. It mimics whatever room temp you are in. I love it! My 11-year-old loves it too! I would buy another one.

The Chillow is nothing but a waste of money. It stays cool for a whole 10 mintues, and then starts to warm up from the heat given off your face.If you move a lot in your sleep you will find your Chillow at the bottom of you pillow case all bunched up. It's nothing but a good way for people to waste money.

But, with the chillow pillow and my moisture wicking pajamas my night sweats are manageable. This product is EXCELLENT & I've been using them for over 2 yrs. FYI, if you have a cat, it will fight you for it, as mine does. If the cat's claws puncture it, you can use bicycle tire repair patches to fix it. Also, I've given one to a niece who has bad monthly cramps. She lays it across her tummy and it really helps. I just wish this product was made in a bigger, body length size.

So I've wanted to buy the chillow since I first saw it. Finally my wife bought for me as a joke on my Birthday. Note: It requires you to use a funnel. If you can't use a funnel, or if you cannot measure water, don't buy it; enough said. It was relatively easy to set up. Yes, it is a little heavy, but what did you expect... it is filled with 4 cups of water? My issue with it is that you really need to remove it from your pillow case each night and set on a cool surface during the day to experience a cool chillow each night. Also, about 4 hours after placing the chillow into your pillow case, it looses its chill. Effectively this means that if you wake up, you have a luke warm item to lay your head on. I imagine that I will use the chillow until it leaks or until I get tired of removing it every day and replacing it every night. If you find something better to keep your head cool, please post and let us know.

Honestly, I can't say anything really positive. This product didn't get very cold, it is heavy and cumbersome, and the valve leaked! I wasn't impressed in the least, and it is WAY overpriced for what it does.

This is the best investment I have made so far! I am always cold, EXCEPT at night! I toss and turn with the air on, fan on, and little pj's, and I'm always hot at night. Use the directions for sure, and you MUST keep the pillow flat, (woke up with a soaked pillow once), but if you do, the reward is so...well, chilling! I can finally sleep well! Worth the price and more!

I love this product, use it every night for MS and night cooling, sometimes I can't put my face on it fast enough. My cat loves it, however he has punctured it with his claws, so have to keep it covered with dbl towel when I am not using it. I have given a few away and hight reccomend it to other MS patients
