Pros: Easy To Use, Gentle, Improves Vision
Describe Yourself: Have Chronic Dry Eyes, Wear Glasses
Best Uses: Dry Eyes, Long Term Use, Sensitive Eyes
Bottom Line: recommended
I use this daily in the mornings. Although it is not recommended, I extend the use of the product by not touching the top and recapping the vial. One vial lasts 2-3 days. Disguard if the top is contaminated in any way.

Pros: Easy To Use, Gentle, Improves Vision
Describe Yourself: Allergy Sufferer, Have Chronic Dry Eyes, Wear Contacts
Best Uses: Dry Eyes, Sensitive Eyes
Bottom Line: recommended
These are not only great (no preservatives which bother me), they are easy to travel with, and I like that I can get more than one use by recaping it. I put at least 2 drops in each eye before I go to sleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night I can slip the cap off and put some in before I get out of bed. A couple more when I put my contacts in in the morning and then it's used up. I find the real "single use" doen't give me enough. Love this product

I had Lasik done on my eyes and tried several manufacturers of tears. Alcon Tears Naturale FREE is the best. Totally better than Refresh which causes a grey film over my eyes. The frustrating thing is that Refresh must be giving away free samples or something, because a lot of stores only carry Refresh now. This is my first online time to buy anything. My eyes are important and the market outside isnt carrying all the brands and seems to be pushing Refresh which are worthless. I would recommend Alcon Tears completely. Thank goodness for the internet!

These are great. About 10 years ago, I started having problems with "dry eyes". At first, I tried a product that wasn't preservative-free. It alleviated the eye problem, but after about a year, I developed a problem with the skin around my eyes that my doctor said was "contact dermatitis". Switching to these preservative-free drops, not only made that problem disappear, but completely fixed the dry-eyes as well. There is a bit of blurring after you put the drops in, but that clears in about 3 to 5 minutes. I put them in first thing in the morning and the relief lasts all day. Highly recommended.

The best artificial tears. Much better than Refresh. I only use the no-preservative kind and have tried many. These really 'drench' your eyes, I feel myself saying "ahhhh" when I use these! I have liked the Genteal PF vials but these Tears Naturale Free are more moisturizing. AND you get more in each vial, AND the vial is resealable, which is useful for using throughout the day especially at the computer. Absolutely the highest recommendation. (P.S. Bion Tears, also made by Alcon, appears to be the same formulation. Those are also excellent.)

These are a very good buy for preservative-free artificial tears, and my husband says that they help his dry, itchy eyes. When he feels like rubbing his eyes he uses some of these drops instead, and they help to relieve the discomfort.
