Indications
Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive.

Warnings

The reviewer that coughed all night took the wrong medication. This version of Tussin is supposed to loosen phlegm and help get rid of the congestion in your chest. Take something that states it SUPPRESSES a cough if you don't want to cough all night. You really are supposed to get rid of the "junk" in your chest if you want to get well faster though. Drink lots of fluids when taking this medication

I was duking it out with this bad cold without any medication, but the coughing kept me up all night and affecting work. So I decided to get a cough medicine and tried the ra brand. I think I was coughing more and barely able to sleep that night.. and took another dosage in the morning for work, I was coughing nonstop, only a hot tea helped. Avoid this brand like a plaugue, didn't do a thing for me. This leads me to believe that all ra brand are worthless.
