I started taking this product and went from no pain free days to seven pain free days. I can't stress enough the overall well-being feeling I have now. I never will be without it.

I think it's a good source of Calcium and other Minerals. I used this based on my mom's recommendation and now I don't get muscle cramps as frequently after exercising. So I am pleased.
