I have been taking Barefoot Coral Calcium since it¿s been on the market and it the best! It is effective at neutralizing stomach acid and it makes my fingernails as strong as steel. I have found no side effects and believe it is one of the best products you can give yourself. This along with a great multi-vitamin goes a long way to keeping me healthy.

I used up one bottle of these and can't say that it did anything for me. Can't say it hurt, either. I prefer to drink my calcium instead of taking pills, so I'm using liquid supplements now.

I started using this coral calcium when I went to the diet doctor to lose weight after having 4 kids, and much to my amazement, taking 3 of these capsules a day has actually helped me lose 29 & 1/2 lbs. so far! I only need to lose another 10 lbs so I will continue taking these amazing things even after I get to my desired weight because they give me energy that I didn't have before, and when I don't take them (forget sometimes), I feel pretty lousy so I know they are helping me! My left knee was a constant source of pain. That is until I tried Barefoot Coral Calcium. I will not say the pain is gone, but it is in the background far enough that daily activities like stairs (both up and down) are no longer difficult!
