I use the Abena Briefs for night use primarily.. I would prefer if they had three (3) tapes at the sides not the two (2) they have. They are superior for absorbency.

Purchased this product for my 86-year-old father who, although he is completely mobile, due to medical reasons is nearly completely incontinent, especially at night. This is the only product of its type to keep him and the bed dry at night. Only complicating factor is that it is more difficult for him to put on than a pull-up style. Also tapes cannot be refastened securely once he does get up to use the bathroom and has to reattach the tapes. But otherwise best product found.

This is the best diaper on the market. It is extremely comfortable and extremely absorbant. It feels really good and almost never leaks even after multiple wettings. So basically it is a very nice, thick, comfortable, and absorbant diaper.

This is a wonderful product, I have a handicapped adult child who is incontinent and nothing worked until I tried this product about 1 or so years ago. We love it - one diaper and it keeps him from wetting the bed all night. The only drawback is that it says for a waist up to 44 - not so - my son is a 38 and they are tight in the waist.

Put the brief on right the first time. Fasten the blue tapes first, then the brief is removed by unfasting the white tapes from the blue backing. This makes it easy to remove and put back on. The thin plastic rips easily if you try to pull off the blue tapes.

I use these diapers everyday. They are the best next to the Molicare Super. They will hold a complete nights wetting without leaking anything, which is a big plus for me and my wife. The only thing is that the tape tapes need to be redesigned as they do not hold well 100% of the time like the Molicare tabs do. However, if you need a diaper that will handle wetting after wetting and you do not mind the bulkiness of the diaper then this is the one for you.

After trying all other brands, this brief proves to be the most absorbent, reliable, and comfortable in the market. Temporarily incontinent due to a medical issue, discretion is not a major factor in my decision. The one drawback is the blue tabs which, if not fastened properly the first time cannot be readjusted without at least one completely failing. This is common among all brands of adult incontinence products, so i rate Abena #1 overall.

i have an incontinence problem from a spinal injury, and this is the only adult diaper i have found that will not leak overnight. i wear them all the time, and although they feel bulky they are still not noticeable to others, i have found it to only be a false mental fear that others can tell i am wearing a diaper. I have asked friends and my doctor, and they are not noticeable under regular clothing.
