This product is the best nighttime protection I have ever used. If you have heavy incontinence, this product works great.

bought these for my dad as my mom has trouble finding adjustable diapers for dad. She loved them and thought they were the best ones she has ever used on my dad. He did not soak through last night and she is very pleased.

I have surely tried most every brand of adult diaper on the market and these far exceed their competition on every level. The absorbency is truly a life saver for me at times, and the fit is both comfortable and not restrictive or bothersome. I recommend them highly and without reservation. Stephen Perkins

I am a younger person that unfortunately has severe spinal issues, including acquired Cauda Equina due to medical. dr. neglect, which has left me permanently & completely incontinentl, with no hope of corrective surgery at this point.I am stuck using adult diapers for ever & have used EVERY single brand out there - they ALL LEAK. This is by far, the best diaper available since it has the highest rate of absorbancy with a total absorbancy of 75 ounces.(initial absorbancy is 65 oz w/ 840 seconds of acquisition time, 2nd rate is an additional 10 oz at 100 seconds). These Danish made briefs blow away any made in the U.S.- Attends Extended Wear are next best on the list (compared to Abena products) at a total absorbancy rate of only 59 oz., then Molicare Super Plus at only 45 oz total.Even though these are the highest rated, the price tag follows suit (I have a hard time justifying the price for only 14 which last me less than a week, as compared to others w/ a 22 or even 24 count), especially since Medicare doesn't cover their cost. Another drawback is that (like every other diaper), they LEAK if you're in a standing/ upright position & often if I can catch myself going (since I have no feeling anymore) if I lean forward on something it does help move everything up more toward the absorbant padding. These absolutely do not keep you dry to any extent if you need them for heavy use, especially since they do take some time to soak up any 'fluid'. Another drawback is the fact that the plastic backing tends to keep any body heat in there & at least for me, causes me to get really hot & perspire . . . a LOT. Though drugstore.com doesn't carry them, these are available in Abena's 'AIR PLUS" style which is a more breathable paper like diaper - though they're not perfect either, they are much better than the plastic (which I've found has been advertised on some other websites to carry the California warning label - same as electrical plugs, etc. that contains some type of chemical that has been found responsible for cancer) Being that these are mfg. in Denmark, maybe they are not aware of the requirement to display this warning on the packaging - who knows. But is of some concern to me as well.All in all, despite the problems I personally have with these diapers, they still are the best available on the market. I do order these when I'm in a lurch, [...] This product line (medium x-plus) is also referenced as Abena M4 (original plastic or AIR Plus backing), then there are the M3's that I'm looking for in AIR Plus which are the next level down w/ a better count of 22/pkg for approx the same price, if drugstore.com ever decides to carry that line. M2 (Medium Supers) have 24/pkg, but for me they don't quite do the job & need Abena's booster pads (which drugstore.com stopped carrying for some reason).Whatever the case, Abena is still the number 1 mfg of decent adult diapers over all the competition. It is a shame that there aren't any U.S. companies that will follow suit to accomodate people stuck using these things - eespecially Depends (which are the worst). This is the best diaper on the market! Very absorbant! Great for daily use, sleeping, laying around the house, or anything else! It may be a little bulky for those who want something thin or discrete, but you can't cut corners. These are it!

I love this diaper. My wife adn I wear Abena X-Plus most of the time. We both don't need it for medical reasons but we like to wear diapers 24/7. It is especially conveninet when travelling. This si a very absorbent and thick diaper and can hold many voids. It is very comfortable and maybe a bit noisy but we don't care as long as we don't need to use a dirty publiuc bathroom.

These briefs are very thick and absorbant & also fit well and are comfortable (As a diaper can be anyway) The refastenable tapes hold up real good too. I would not use any other product for night time use. ¿

For overnight cloth with plastic pants is still best but for daytime the x-plus is by far the best product I've used. Can go upwards of 12 hours without needing a change. Very comfortable and as close to not even knowing you have a diaper on.

I use the Abena Briefs for night use primarily.. I would prefer if they had three (3) tapes at the sides not the two (2) they have. They are superior for absorbency.
