I honestly can't believe how effective this product is for PMS. I thought since it's a natural herbal treatment that it would take weeks for it to start working. Literally within 20 minutes of taking my first dose I felt calmer, sane, and more patient. I get really BAD PMS, to the point where it affects me and the people around me in a negative way. This product is a godsend, and I really hope they never stop making it. It's amazing.

I just used this product for the first time. I bought it based on all of the good reviews but no one mentioned how much this thing will make you pee! I was in the bathroom so much yesterday that I thought about moving my desk in there so that I could get some work done. I seriously thought I had a UTI b/c I went just that much. I called my doctor for an appointment just to be sure.

This really works, I start out a week or more before my period and I take the recommended dose of two each dosing, but after that I only take one twice a day, not too close to bed-time as it will keep me up, morning and afternoon work. It has made a world of difference in my husband's life!

I agree with some of the other reviewers that this may not get rid of severe cramps and other physical conditions. Of course, this may vary according to the person. I have PMDD and my mood swings are horrendous about the week and a half before and the week durig my period, especially the week and a half before. Severe crying, major anger; basically, I just hate everyone, including myself. I started using this, and it is much easier to face the world. I may not be Suzy Shine during this time, but at least I'm not yelling at everyone around me. My husband and friends have noticed a big difference since I've been taking it. I wish I would have found this sooner. I highly recommend it.

For years I've been looking for something to help me with my VERY MOODY PMS. I thought I'd tried everything until I learned about this. The first dosage I took made me pretty sleepy, but once my body got used to it, it's been very helpful. I don't feel like a member of the Brady Bunch or anything, but I also don't feel like harming every person who talks to me either. ;-)
