Better than horse tablets

I don't normally write reviews but I have to say that I, like many others, find it difficult to take the massively large tablets and as many as 3 of them to achieve one dose. NutraJoint mix was the only stuff I could find that was easy to use. I'm not fond of the premixed drinks that are very expensive. I find that by mixing one scoop in an 8 oz glass of milk, add a teaspoon of vanilla exract and one packet of sweetener, the results taste like a vanilla smoothie. I've also poured it in my cereal which doesn't taste bad either. The drink mix is my favorite and substitues as my lunch.. it's filling. This stuff is the only product I've found yet.

Knox is one of the best forms to take for joints & bones as well. The hydrolized collagen is what the body uses around joints & for bones. This gelatine protein is the key ingredient & makes this work. No side effects, either. Back to basics !!!

great product. the only powder form i can find. (i always have problem with swallowing big tablets). i spread it out 3-4 times in smaller dosage in a day. i mix it with yogurt or cereal or soup or ice cream. then it does not taste too bad at all.

I've taken glucosamine for years and was excited to find this Knox product that has that and more. It's worth the extra few moments it takes in the morning to mix it with my morning yogurt/cereal. I also found that it mixes well with V-8 (or probably any tomato juice) and doesn't seem to overtake the flavor. It costs more than my glucosamine tablets, but I'll be using it for a few months and see what happens. Anything to help my joints is worth that much.

I mix it with soy milk and chocolate mint, whey, everyday. It taste like a milk shake. As a 50 year old wightlifter I found it hard to do any leg work without pain. I have been taking this pruduct everyday, for three years and I have no knee pain. I noticed big results, in the three months. I believe if you take this prouduct every day,you will ovoid knee problems when you get older. I believe that would be cheaper and easier than knee replacement.

I have had trouble for years with breaking and splitting nails. I have regularly taken this for over a year on a daily basis, always adding it to my morning orange juice. It took a couple of months, but my nails are now strong and long and I even have to file them to keep them at a reasonable length. Make sure you stop using nail polish or you will not have the results you want. And stick with it.

I have been using Knox Nutrijoint for the last 10 years, since I was 40. Having had surgery on both knees over the years, I had major issues with arthritis. Walking down stairs, squatting, and sitting in back seats with no leg room were big problems for me. I began using the regular Nutrijoint and noticed dramatic results within about 1-2 months. I have an 8 year old daughter and can now easily squat to talk to her or give her a hug -- not possible since I was 15! Since I turned 50, my knees seem to respond better to the Nutrijoint with Glucosamine so it now seems worth the extra expense. When I stop taking it (on trips ususally) I notice the difference within about 10 days to 2 weeks...my knees get creakier and begin to hurt. What a wonderful discovery! I don't want to take Advil (doctor recommended) because it just masks the problem, does not address it. I am reluctant to take drugs, so the natural components of this suit me perfectly! I put a scoop into my coffee every morning so it is an easy routine. When I was pregnant and not drinking coffee I would put it in a smoothy. I would strongly recommend this product for anyone with arthritis or joint problems, no matter what your age. It works!
