I use the product as suggested--every 3rd day for 2 minutes followed by a restorative serum (I use derma e's microdermabrasion serum--also from Drugstore.com). I have been using this product for 3 weeks and can see noticable improvement. This product works well-it improved the texture and appearance of my skin by boosting smoothness and uniformity of skin tone and reducing fine lines, blackheads, and dry patches. In my opinion, the only down-side is the cost. I will gladly pay for this product again, however.

This is the best microdermabrasion cream I have ever used! This brand was recommended to me by my dermatologist to remove stubborn black and whiteheads. I've been on Retin-A for 5 years and my nose and chin were still covered with them. After using this product 3x a week for ONE MONTH they are gone!! Initially I did have some breakouts but this was previously explained to me as normal while the skin rids itself of surface impurities. Now my skin looks and feels absolutely fabulous! I have large pores and haven't had any problems with embedded crystal as one reviewer noted. Although I do rinse off in the shower so maybe that is the difference. My one complaint - it smells like lemon Pledge! But the smell is definitely worth the results.

I was disappointed in this product. My skin is not sensitive, but this product slightly burned and my skin did not become smooth and clear like a micro at the salon. If you have large pores skip this one, the grains will embed themselves.

This is the next best thing to the "real deal" at the dermatologist's office...without the costly fee and return visits! It seems like the 3 oz. jar is small, but it goes a long way. My skin feels unreal after each use! I haven't been back to the dermatologist's office for microdermabrasion treatments since I started using this product.

I have combination, acne prone, sensitive skin and I have been using this for 3 months. It has made a huge difference in the appearance of my skin. My pores are much smaller and freckles, sun spots and a couple minor scars have greatly diminished. My skin tone in even now and feels soft, smooth and healthy. This product is very pricey, especially for me since I'm far from rich. Yet, I have such amazing results with this stuff I will continue to use it. It would cost several hundred/thousand dollars to get results like this from a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. I use this twice a week and the jar has lasted 3 months. A little bit goes a long way. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to improve their skin tone.

If anyone is considering purchasing this stuff, I beg you to save your money. After taking a glimpse at the cost of this product I figured anything this costly must be wroth it. I was very upset to find that it was not, it was a waste of time and hard earn money. I say that because I have been using this product for 2 months now, exactly as I am supposed to, yet I havent seen any improvement whatsoever with my skin. Yes, this product is expensive, but it works, even without one of those fancy spinning brushes. A good washcloth is all you need. I used to have mini dry patches but those are gone. In addition, my pores are much clearer. I have sensitive skin and this didn't irritate me at all. Even my boyfriend starting using it to help with ingrown hairs on his face. It's definitely worth the money.

I have purchased many products but I have never used a product with such wonderful results as the Microdermabrasion Cream! Positive results were immediately apparent with cleaner, brighter smoother skin. I have also used the lip enhancer, which is good.
