This definitely does work. I originally purchased this from a plastic surgeon's office. My lips are smoother and fuller than before -- no reactions except for a slight tingling of the lips during the first 2 minutes of application.

This is a fantastic product. Definitely plumps up your lips and has no sticky feeling. Also doesn't smell bad like some of the others. This is the first review I've ever taken the time to write because I'm so pleased with the results.
