I never realized how well until the level went down and I had to do a load without it (using Palmolive dishwasher detergent). This doesn't just get rid of spots, it keeps the food from sticking to the dishes while the rinse cycle is going. I had tons of food debris all over my glasses when I didn't use this. My dishwasher is a new Maytag, but no dishwasher works well without good detergent and rinse aid. I'm now using it with the Biokleen dish powder with great results, but have also had good luck with Ecover and 7th generation powders and Method tablets. It's not very expensive either, and lasts a while. VS Most Liked Negative Review So-so So far, I'm not happy with this product. Works almost as well. Unfortunately my dishwasher does not like it when I use natural products. It is the only place in my house where I can not use natural cleaning aids. One of them leaked out in the box,and what is confusing to me si that I ordered dog biscuits in a previous purchase and they were wrapped securely in plastic! Does this make any sense?

I washed my glassware in the dishwasher and it came out sparkling! Same with my plates and silverware. I can never go back to using dishwasher without this Wavejet Spot and Residue Eliminator.
