I was using it several times a day and then noticed burning but didn't realize the formula had been changed until I read one of the other reviews. The eye drops were causing the burning. I no longer use this product.

The drops make my eyes burn slightly and the replaceable cap doesn't stay on. I bought them because they were inexpensive, but I won't buy them again. I've bought other generic brand artificial tears and have had no problems. I'm going to stick with TheraTears and Refresh.

I have chronic dry eyes due to lasik surgery. Unfortunately, I am also sensitive to most supposedly hypoallergenic artificial tears ingredients, especially methyl cellulose compounds. This is the one product that works well for me. The price is too high, but I stock up when it's on sale.

It worked well, but the new packing is terrible. I don't understand the change. It is smaller & hard to squeeze out, more wasteful of the last few drops. Am going to switch brand, until they change it back.

Make sure the container is intact before use. To open, completely twist off tab.
Squeeze 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.
Throw away dispenser immediately after use. Do not reuse.
