I have taken supplements for years now, needing them due to a chronic illness and digestive problem. I am very careful about the ingredients and check all my supplements with Consumer's Lab (a site that independently tests for quality). This was one of the well-recommended products from that site and I have used it for quite some time now. Of course, there is never any telling if a supplement is truly working for you, for sure. But I have noticed that my cholesterol is in better check and I have had good reports on cardiac health as well. This supplement has ALL 3 types of Omegas and I feel it is the most effective because of the combination. They are rather large and they are oil filled gels, so they can't be cut. So, if you are one who cannot take large pills they may be too much for you. If you CAN take them you will get a complete variety of the Omegas (essential fatty acids) in one shot, which I prefer.

I have used this product for many years. Have good "blood numbers". Will continue to take it. It doesn't leave a fishy taste in your mouth and is easy to swallow.

I have been using this product for years, mostly to promote heart health. It is easy to swallow and has no "fishy" aftertaste etc. It is effective (cholesterol etc. is good) and easy to take. I plan to keep taking it.

I think these are a great quality and have helped lower cholesteral levels by taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night with meals.
