i've used these once before and have come back to them even though they are a little costly. the heels and pads of my feet get really dry and cracked, but when i take these EFAs, the dryness disappears and my feet are noticeably smoother and softer.

I've been taking this product about a week and a half and already I can tell the difference. Just genuinely feel better.

I'm working on my second bottle of these Omega 3-6-9 from Twinlab. I can feel a slight overall wellness since beggining to take these almost one month ago. Slowly but surely my energy level is returning. I work 12-14 hours a day/7 days a week and these really help me get through the day.

I have taken supplements for years now, needing them due to a chronic illness and digestive problem. I am very careful about the ingredients and check all my supplements with Consumer's Lab (a site that independently tests for quality). This was one of the well-recommended products from that site and I have used it for quite some time now. Of course, there is never any telling if a supplement is truly working for you, for sure. But I have noticed that my cholesterol is in better check and I have had good reports on cardiac health as well. This supplement has ALL 3 types of Omegas and I feel it is the most effective because of the combination. They are rather large and they are oil filled gels, so they can't be cut. So, if you are one who cannot take large pills they may be too much for you. If you CAN take them you will get a complete variety of the Omegas (essential fatty acids) in one shot, which I prefer.

I have very dry skin, live in a dry & cold climate, and have rosacea. I began a program that included two of these daily along with a few other supplements, and I am already seeing results in a week! I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 because the pills are quite large. But still, worth taking.

I have used many fish oil brands to curb my arthritis pain, some work some don't, some cost more than this, but this is the least expensive one I have found with fish from safe sources that works. I know if it works because after a day or so of switching, my regular arthritis pain is back. I especially like that this is omega 3 6 and 9, that I don't see too often. I weigh 200 pounds and I take 4-5 a day, depending if my lupus is flaring up. I used to take 6 but I don't think that was effective. It has also made my hair and skin softer and less dry. and it is good for your heart, lowering your cholesteral, and I just heard it might prevent colon cancer. Fish oil has so many benefits, a young pharmassist just out of college told me he thinks everyone should take it.
