I wanted a pure glucosamine product that had been widely tested. This fit the bill. I was experiencing significant pain in my hip due to bursitis. I started taking DONA and the pain improved greatly. I stopped using it and within a month or two the pain had returned. I resumed using DONA and have been pain-free for almost two years.

I started taking Dona last April (2013) when I got excrutiating pain in my right knee and was diagnosed with severe arthritis. With prescription medications this supplement has enabled me to live and walk mostly pain free this year. I plan to continue to take it and hope that there is no further deterioration of the cartilage in either of my knees. I will find out at my next x-ray.

I only take one tablet a day and they seem to work for me. Helps my knees feel better. I did quite a bit of research on different products and also liked this one as the tablet is smaller in size and therefore easy to swallow.
