Absolutely THE best wax out there. Just be warned that if you don't know how to use it you aren't going to get the maximum benefits out of it. If you heat it on the stove with in a little container that has a handle and use the wooden spatula to apply it DIRECTLY ONTO YOUR SKIN, then remove when it hasn't completely hardened.. you will get good results. No cloth strips necessary. I've been using it for over 8 years, I've never found anything better.

This is by far the best wax product I have ever used. I have the real tough coarse dark hair and I have tried many different hair removal products and they don't even compare to this. I love it not only because it works, but it's so cheap too!! It gets every bit of hair that is on the face. Apply the tiniest bit of vegetable oil, but not too much, and it is far less painful; plus you don't have all those wax bits stuck to your face. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody.

This stuff is awesome. I've been looking for awhile now for something that I can use to wax my chest (I'm a guy, mind you) and this is the only product I've found that has been successful at it. I've tried Nair and a few other wax-type hair removers, but none have gotten the job done like this stuff. I found that it worked best when I didn't use any cloth strips. Just put a thick layer on where ever you are trying to remove hair, and give it a good yank. This way you can resue the wax and save some money.

Using this wax was an awful experience for me! It comes in a brick which must be heated in a double-boiler as opposed to the usual microwave waxes, so it's awkward to use out of a hot pot. This did not "dry into a strip that could be easily removed" for me. Instead, it sort of adhered to my skin and had to be picked off in clumps! I tried it on the bikini area as well and it was extra painful because the strip of wax could not be removed in one quick pull. An all-around bad experience. I ordered this and the Moom hair removal system which I tried first and the Moom was awesome -- I'll definitely be using Moom from here on out.

I just used Zip Wax successfully for the first time. I love it! Smooth lip and half the pain of the salon removal. I will reuse it too. This product has made my day.

Based on the majority of the reviews on this product, I ordered it along with the Parissa Azulene oil. I have tried cold waxes, Nair, Nad's, etc - even tried an epilator. None worked very well, and some were quite painful. I don't quite have it down pat yet, but for the first try I am pretty impressed! The Azulene oil worked great - soothed the sting and also helped remove little tiny bits of wax. Was it painless? No - but it was quick and as soon as you rip the wax the pain is over. All in all, the best product I have tried.

I have spent a fortune trying to find something as good as this, with no luck. This is by far the BEST facial hair remover I have found. It does take a little getting used to (how long to microwave it, how melted to get it, how long to leave it on) but after a few tries on your own skin you'll get it down pat. I melt it in the microwave in a Ziplock container (just don't leave it too long, the container will melt!). It IS getting harder and harder to find in stores, so I'm THRILLED to find it here!

I started using the ZIP wax 11 years ago (after trying different brands of wax and depilatory creams, that caused allergic reactions on my skin). With time I have mastered the use (the first couple of years was a little messy. But now I just break it, put it in a small Pyrex container and then microwave it for 1 minute or so. Is the best method for facial hair (it will even remove small hairs if use properly). I certainly recommend it.

Zip Wax is the best wax you can buy. I have used it since I was a teenager (20+ years). Over the years I have tried all the other waxes, including Nad's, Sally Hansen, etc. I always come back to Zip. Zip removes all hair. It's even better than salon waxing which always leaves strays. You don't need muslin strips, just a small dedicated double boiler or a jelly jar/coffee mug in a small pot of water works fine too. Once you use it a couple times you'll get used to it and know exactly the correct application temperature by the viscosity of the melted wax. For the most control, I use Popsicle sticks to apply it. Take a minute to wash the area to be waxed with hot water & baking soda, rinse thoroughly, pat dry completely, and then lightly apply baby powder with a powder puff before waxing. I recommend using azulene oil afterward, which soothes the skin and seems to make the hair grow back softer and lighter. You can also re-use Zip wax several times, if you don't mind little hairs in your wax.
