This is a very effective problem-when you remember to take it! The hardest part for me is to remember to take it 15-30 min before meals. When I am consistent with it, it really works to keep the carb factor down.

The best way to lose weight is to eat clean and work out! These supplements do nothing. i tried them for two months before I realized I am wasting my money. Now I am eating healthy and working out, plus drinking 640z. of water a day and have much more energy and my clothes are getting looser. Don't bother wasting your money. there is no quick fix. After all the research i have done and trying many different things, what comes natural works the best!

These are safe and effective. You just take two pills before you eat and then less of the carbs you eat are digested. They just pass through you and you don't get all the calories. I had tried other diet pills before that are supposed to speed up your metabolism but they make me jittery and hyper and don't work for me. These don't have any side effects for me, and they also don't contain the common allergens: wheat, egg, soy, milk or gluten. I have hypothyroidism so even with tons of exercise and counting calories, it is very difficult for me to lose weight. This helps me cut even more calories.

This product works well when taking high carb meals in moderation. I have been low carbing for 2 weeks and its hard, but I have been eating high carb meals in between of doing this diet and I still lost 10lbs in that two week period. I also want to say, that I'm not in Phase2, I'm still on Phase1 and this has worked still for me.
