The product is just a little hard to get out of the bottle (not as hard for me as for some of the other people, maybe that's because I haven't used up too much of it yet).

The scent is a little off, not so bad that you wouldn't want to use the product, but you can tell that they put in sand particles... It's definitely not too overwhelming but you can notice a difference between this and the regular body wash and hand soap.

So, to solve this problem I use this product first, then wash myself again with the regular body wash (which smells great.)

Also, a lot of people were complaining about how thick it is. So to give my opinion as well, I don't know if they put it onto a loofah (which would be pointless) or a washrag, but I put about a quarter size amount on my hand and wash just one limb at a time, putting product onto my hand each time. I could see how the product would be too sparse if you put a lot onto a rag and wash yourself with just that, and that's possibly also why I don't have as hard of a time as other people, since I'm not trying to squeeze out a lot of product at a time, my little amount will obviously come out faster than a big glob.

I haven't tried this on my face, I have thought about it though. That usually comes to a halt when I think about how thick it is and that the sand particles might actually scratch my face a little bit because they don't dissolve. So, unless you're used to cleaning your face with a strong scrub, I don't suggest this being your first product to try doing it with.

Always loved the product but wished it was easier to get out of bottle. Well, just ordered one last week and it is Awesome! Flowed out with no effort at all. I think it may have less "grit" to it but works well enough and no more shaking until your arm is tired to get it out. Hope they don't go back to the old formular.

I use this product daily in the bath to gently exfoliate different parts of my body. It smells and lathers up really well. The only problem I have had is that it is too thick to come out of the dispenser; thus, all you have to do is take the cap off and dispense. Be sure to dispurse well into your hands before using, or it will end up in the bottom of the tub. Your skin will feel soft and smooth.

I use this product in the bath to exfoliate my entire body at least 4 times a week. I love the smell and feel. The only problems are it is too thick to squeeze out the bottle and when you get a clump you waste a little because it does not dissolve in your hands. BUT I give it 5 stars because it is so darn good otherwise.

I use this body scrub in the bathtub, because I agree with others who have a hard time getting the product out of the bottle & have had it fall on the shower floor. I poured mine into an empty Cetaphil bottle, & it is so much easier to use that way! I love how this scrub lathers just a bit & it has a fresh, lovely scent without being overpowering! You also can't beat the price & amount you get compared to other scrubs. My skin feels so clean & fresh after using, & my body lotions go on better too. I have also tried Verbena & Rosemary Mint...I love them all & hope they will always be available!

GREAT body scrub! It is nice and thick (which some people apparently don't like). I squeeze some out onto a washcloth and it makes my skin feel nice and smooth afterward. I've tried salt type scrubs that were really harsh. This product is just right. Also, other products are soooo expensive! Smells clean.

This product was difficult to squirt from bottle, and does not disperse easily on a cloth or pad. I used it in the shower, and drops fell on the shower floor which didn't go down the drain making it necessary to remove by wiping up. Definitely not a good product by my judgement

My wife originally used this and suggested it to me. Being a stubborn man I politely declined. Then I was out of my normal body wash and I used this instead. I was very impressed at how it made my skin feel. I have been sold on this every since. Throw out the Axe or Old Spice body wash and give this a try. It does not make your skin feel sticky like those other body washes. My wife has also commented on how much softer my skin feels. Give it a try and you will be hooked.

This is a fantastic product. I originally picked it up in a discount department store and repurchased it several times. When I then found I was unable to purchase it again, I was frantic. I was so pleased to find it at Drugstore.com and order several bottles each time. I never shower without it. It is, by far, the best shower product I have ever used. I use it with exfoliating gloves. I have dry skin, and my lotion absorbs so much better after using it. I would give it 10 stars if possible!
