I'm not sure what the problem is but I buy a couple difference scents of this product and the last 3 times I have ordered the Lavender scent, the bottles are all short by probably at least an once or two of product.

Very unimpressed with the fact that when this product ships, unless they send it shrink wrapped, it must leak or something during transit. This is not the first time that I have ordered this product from Drugstore.com and upon arrival could clearly see that the bottles were short at least an ounce or two of product. After the first time I complained the next 2 orders ALL of the bottles sent were shrink wrapped with no perceived product shortage. This last ordered was 2 different scents of this product and the Lavender was not shrink wrapped and all bottles were short product. I've been unimpressed that Drugstore.com has not responded to me this time to attempt to make it right. The first time this happened they graciously issued a reasonable credit to my credit card. This time all I hear are birds chirping.

my product arrived with at least two inches of product missing. I'm afraid to use it, even though it is sealed. What? WHY? this web page will not allow me to upload a photo of the still sealed product. Pffffft.

I have been buying this product for years and love it. However, I have noticed with the last two purchases that the bottles were not full.

I weighed them and found that four bottles were between 15 fluid oz. and 15 5/8 fluid oz including the weight of the container when there was supposed to be 17 fluid oz. of product. This was not true for the Rosemary Mint product so I returned all the lavender and replaced it with the Rosemary Mint.

Somebody in Manufacturing and Quality Control needs to pay attention to this!

I use this every time I shower, with moist but not really wet skin, I prefer to use it with the shower turned off for maximum scrub. I do wish the granules were a little bit finer, it seems like that would improve the product overall. I didn't have any trouble getting it out of the bottle. For the price, a decent product.

The product does what it says but it does not foam really well. The lavender fragrance is very unpleasant.it's ok good for the price.

Cleans effectively! My only complaint is that it's so hard to get out of the bottle =(.

This is a wonderful product - however it is difficult to get it out of the bottle because of its consistency. NOT impossible, just not always the easiest. Do try it though - turn it upside down, shake hard and squirt!
