I have been taking these vitamins for 4 days hoping that I would get over these absolutely horrible vomiting, dizzy, horrible side effects. Within 2 minutes of taking this, I was violently vomiting for almost 20 minutes. On top of that, I felt short of breath and ready to pass out. I do not recommend this to anyone for I have seen nothing positive to come out of this; the only weight I'm losing is my dinner last night that I am vomiting up. :|

This may work great for some people, but every time I took it, I would feel sick to my stomach for about 20-30 minutes afterwards. Today I took it and actually threw up. I take it with food/after meals, and I do not take it with any other vitamins or medications.

I took this product as a replacement for my regular daily vitamin. It didn't increase my energy and unless I took it with food, it made me so dizzy and nauseas. I really felt like puking most of the time. It's really a terrible product; don't waste your money!

I really do like this vitamin. 27 mg of EGCG really is not that much, and that's why I was dubious about taking it at first. But I eventually broke down and bought it, and I like that it does help control appetite and boosts energy. It also has 30% of your daily calcium requirements, which is great. This vitamin is a good alternative to diet pills, because it did not make me sick like TrimSpa and Xenadrine did. Obviously this is no miracle pill, and you've got to eat right and be active, but it does help while at the same time is a vitamin! Neat! This gets my approval! :)

I went to the Doctor 4 and 1/2 months ago, and she said I was 238 pounds, with high cholesterol, and my sugar level is really high. Since I'm only 27 she wanted to see if I could lower it myself. I switched to diet pop and started taking the Weight Smart pill. I have not had any side effects from it. I went back to the doctor last week and I now weigh 210 pounds. I've lost 28 pounds, my cholesterol is normal, and my sugar level is normal. This is the greatest pill ever!!!

I just started taking this product 3 days ago. A friend of mine had tried it but she had never mentioned any problems. So...stupid me tried it without doing any further research. First two days I was fine...in fact, the second day I noticed a boost in my energy level. Today, I got to work, had a bagel for breakfast and took the pill. About 10 min after I took it I felt light headed, dizzy, and sick to my stomach. Needless to say I don't think I'll be taking this product anymore. Just hope I can get through the rest of the day at work without passing out or puking my brains out.

I have been taking this wonderful vitamin since February 2004. I have gone from a 32-inch waist to a 26-inch waist. I haven't started exercising yet; however I did revise my diet. I exclude most simple carbs and increased complex carbs. I never skip a meal. Have never had any side effects from this vitamin. I am a Registered Nurse and have been under a doctors care to monitor this outcome. So far; so good. :)

I have been on this vitamin for a year now. I take it normally everyday at lunchtime. I love these! I've lost weight easily with my vitamin and working out. I have only once had any kind of side effect from taking this vitamin and it was my fault. Duh me, you're not supposed to take Tylenol and a vitamin at the same time! But, that was the only side effect that I have ever had. This vitamin is the best and I will continue to use it. :o)

Minutes after taking this pill, and AFTER EATING DINNER, I was extremely nauseous and had to struggle not to throw up. I thought maybe I had a bad reaction to dinner and this morning I took another pill; I had to leave class to throw up in the bathroom. NEVER AGAIN! I still feel nauseous and sick 8 hours later.

This is my second bottle of this multi vitamin product and I have to say that I am very pleased with it. I use to take it religiously before when I never had the time to work out, and it seemed to maintain my weight. Recently I have been always out the door without eating a decent breakfast and didn't have time to take my vitamin. I still look the same, but this time I make time to go to the gym everyday. Imagine what I would look like now that I've been working out and taking the vitamin? Can't wait to see the results!
