I have taken this product daily for almost 3 months. It made feel nauseous even when I took it with food for breakfast or lunch. I decided to start taking it with food at dinner, and this got rid of the sick feeling. BUT, after almost 3 months it really hasn't done anything with my weight, so I'm going back to my regular One-a-day Women's.

I've been taking this vitamin for almost 2 weeks and I haven't had any side effects! This is the first diet supplement I've taken that curbs my appetite and gives me energy without palpitations or running around like I was crazy! I love this product. Just be careful with the caffeine.

I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't been on it very long (1 week) and I can't claim that it's a reason that I've lost weight, but I've had absolutely no adverse affects from taking it. Caffeine should be no concern for people because it only has 15 mg (1/6 cup of coffee). I have not been jittery or kept awake or nauseous. I eat a FULL (I mean FULL - not a half a bagel, banana, cup of yogurt, or a small salad) before taking it. If you're dieting and starving yourself, you WILL throw up with this vitamin.

I am usually pretty sensitive to stuff, but this product did not make me sick at all. It does make me a little jittery. I have noticed that it does mess up your menstrual cycle. I have a friend that was taking it also and she complained of the same problems.

I've been taking this product for a little over a week. I take it in the evenings after dinner/before going to bed and have never had difficulty sleeping or upset stomach. In the week that I've been taking it, I've lost 1.2 pounds. I'm very happy with the product and plan to continue it's use.

I have to say I was really sick almost every time I took it and I haven't been sick like that since I was like 5, literally. So, I was definitely concerned- if I eat 2 bowls of cereal with it I'm fine, which totally makes taking this kind of vitamin pointless. It also makes me out of breath and like my heart is beating faster; a scary feeling that never happened to me before and that's without working out.

This product is okay, I started taking the product in June 2003, and I never really lost weight, but I did stay at my current weight. I ran out a couple of times and could really tell the difference. I guess I was looking for a "weight-loss" pill, but was glad I did not gain any.

I have taken Xenadrine, ephedra-free Xenadrine, green tea pills, and Hydroxycut to help me keep my weight balanced and to possibly lower it. All of those pills gave me rapid heart palpitations, made me sweat profusely, gave me the midnight munchies and made me jittery. Now I take Weight Smart because it gives me the daily vitamins I need as a vegetarian and helps me balance my weight; all with just one pill. While taking it, I have never experienced the side effects I mentioned happened with the other pills. In fact, because I didn't sweat so much and feel my heart racing, I thought they weren't working. Then, I weighed myself and realized that I had dropped 3 lbs in less than a week without any exercise whatsoever. I can't wait to see what happens by the time I've finished the bottle.

I love this product, I have been taking it for over 6 months now and I don't ever see me getting off of it. I am disabled and it is very hard for me to maintain my weight and this really helps. I can eat just about anything, in moderation of course, and I get fuller faster and I don't crave things that are bad for me either. It's a good thing, since I don't go get junk food all the time. I highly recommend this product!
