I've been using this product for about 2 weeks. I threw up a couple of times. Also, I found I was getting headaches and feeling very tired. I am going to not take it for a few days to see if the headaches stop. I didn't take it today and I didn't get a headache - very puzzling.

I've been using the product for a week now. I'm going to finish the bottle and not purchase it again because it speeds up my heart and I don't appreciate the caffeine in it. I would not recommend it for those two reasons. However, without the caffeine I think it would be an excellent product for everyone. Overall I like the product and am disappointed with the use of caffeine. The addition of caffeine in a vitamin is a bit too much.

Upon consumption of this vitamin (with or with out food), I experienced continuous nausea and heart palpitations. I would caution anyone who is considering this product who is sensitive to caffeine, as this can lead to serious complications. I might add that I was not consuming any other products that contained caffeine at the time. This vitamin alone was tried for several days and the above-mentioned side effects intensified with each day.

I've been taking these for about three months now. The people who get sick from them should try breaking them in half and taking the first half in the middle of a meal and the second right after. You'll feel fine. That's how I do it and I don't even notice I'm taking them. Although, I don't think these things will help you lose weight- just keep you from gaining weight or help maintain your weight. But I think they're fine and everyone should take a multivitamin and having one that's weight smart can't hurt.

This product is terrible!!! I have just taken my first tablet about 30 minutes ago and I have never felt so sick. I even took this after eating a full breakfast. I'm not sure how this product can stay on the market, unless the whole point is to make you lose weight by vomiting all day!

It really helps me curb my appetite (I always snack), and I believe that it gives me a "boost" of energy. I used to go to the gym once a week. I feel that I have more energy, and so now I go to the gym almost every day. Weight Smart can give you horrible nausea in your stomach if you take it alone or after a light meal. I take Weight Smart after my largest meal (lunch), so I don't experience the terrible nausea any more. I recommend that you stick with a healthy, balanced diet and a sort of fitness routine to lose weight. The Weight Smart supplements shouldn't be your only method of losing weight; if so, it won't work. I would say that I lost about 4-9 pounds in two weeks.

I have been taking this vitamin for a week now and I'm not sure if my energy is improving or not. I walk three times a week and last night I really felt like doing more. I did have a problem with sleeping last night and when I woke up at 4 am, my heart was racing and I felt like I had run a marathon. I will keep on taking it to see how my energy level develops.

I thought I was gonna die! These vitamins made me so sick!! Nearly threw up in the trashcan beside my desk at work (that's where I plan to put these vitamins). I have tried them with food and had the same results. One-A-Day...shame on you!! I expected a better product from a leader in the industry.
