I haven't noticed any side effects from this product. As a matter of fact I don't feel different at all. I don't think this is a weight loss tablet like some people seem to suggest. It is merely a vitamin/mineral supplement to be taken while you are dieting or working out vigorously.

I have been taking OAD Weight Smart since 10/03. I have had wonderful results using this product along with sensible eating and exercise. I never got sick or nauseated, and I found after not taking them for a week (because I ran out) that I was really tired and sluggish. Three days after I started taking these vitamins I threw up 10 minutes after taking it and I had eaten food. I realized it was the pills that were causing this and immediately stopped taking them. I just started using this product last week, so I have yet to see any weight loss. However, I feel as though I have much more energy. I have not been nauseous one bit. Just make sure you take it with food, as directed.

Wow. This stuff works! When I remember to take it on a daily basis, I notice that I shed about 4 lbs. in a week. Mind you, I have pounds that need to be lost, so losing a couple of pounds here and there is not that difficult. This is not a product for someone looking to lose 30 or 40 lbs., but if you've hit your 30s and you notice that you can't eat the same way you did in your 20s without it starting to show on your hips, this is a great maintenance product. I also find that it doesn't create those caffeinated jitters that other weight loss pills do, and it incorporates vitamins that you should be taking on a daily basis. Overall, a good product to try.

THIS STUFF IS AWFUL! I do not have a sensitive stomach and I am not sensitive to caffeine, but these pills turned my stomach every time I took one. I'm not sure what caused the nausea, but feeling queasy is not my idea of sound "weight management". There are far better vitamin supplements out there...stay away from this garbage.

I would not recommend this product to anyone!! It has caused me to throw up three different times. I have tried taking it right after I ate breakfast; right before I ate breakfast; and an hour after breakfast. In each case, I had a sudden nausea and had to sprint to the bathroom. I have also tried it after lunch--and I have still felt the nausea. It has not been worth it for me--and I am planning on throwing the bottle away!!
