I have been taking this for about three weeks now. I felt very nauseous and threw up when I did not eat breakfast with it. Now I eat two spoonfuls of oatmeal (Nutrition for Women) take the vitamin, and then finish my breakfast and I feel fine. I do not have headaches, stomach problems or anything of the sort. I exercise at least three times a week and have lost 4 lbs. since I started taking the vitamin. I recommend that you try it, but you have to eat (and I mean real food, not a Slim-Fast shake or something like that). Eat cereal or oatmeal or a bagel with it or you will most likely become ill.

I finally figured out how to avoid the nausea. At first I thought it was occurring because I had not eaten enough with it. Then I discovered that the real problem was that after I finish my breakfast, I always have a cup of (caffeinated) tea. I was taking the vitamin during breakfast, then shortly afterwards drinking the tea. I have since switched to taking the vitamin with lunch and avoiding caffeine for several hours after. I now have absolutely no nausea. I believe that my reaction was due to over caffeinating myself with the tea and the vitamin.

I will soon be 44-years-old, and starting taking weight smart about one month ago. I don't eat breakfast; just have a glass of juice, and I haven't had any symptoms of nausea or sleeplessness. I feel full faster and think that this is a great product. I lost 60 lbs about 8 years ago and in the last year have put back on about 20 lbs. In the last month I have lost 5 lbs. This is the first success I've had in the last year. I'm convinced this product has helped me.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I began using this product in Jan 2003 and stopped a month later due to daily nausea. I tried eating with breakfast, 15-30 min before breakfast, and even 30-60 min after breakfast - no luck; I still felt sick. I started back in June 2003 and had the same results. To top it off, on several occasions during my workout I became nauseated and light-headed and finally threw up. This never happened before taking the vitamin and it hasn't happened since I stopped taking the vitamin.

I recently started to take this product. I was hoping that it would aid in my weight-loss...well if you call vomiting a problem solver then Id say go ahead and take this product. The first two days I took it, I felt fine...now I take it with breakfast and I throw up everything that I eat. This product is a waste of money. I would never recommend it to anyone.

I've only been taking One A Day weight smart for about 3 months. I have only had one upset stomach and it was after finishing a large breakfast. I try to wait about 10-15 after breakfast before I take my vitamin. I have not lost any weight yet, but feel better knowing that I am taking my vitamins.

I bought a bottle of these vitamins several months ago and took them irregularly until just a few weeks ago. I typically have a Slim-Fast shake for breakfast - that is not enough "food" in my stomach, and I do feel nauseous if I take the vitamin after drinking only a shake. However, I bought a pill case and take the vitamins to work with me. Now I take one after lunch each day and have no nausea problems at all.

I just want to say that I haven't had any nausea with this product. I also haven't been on it long enough to know if it's helped me lose weight. I would just say that if you generally have a weak stomach, it will probably make you sick. If not, try it.
