I started taking this almost a week ago and after one day started feeling very dizzy and sick to my stomach! Unfortunately I didn't even think about it being this product and thought I was just coming down with something. After going to the doctor and trying to find out why I was so dizzy and sick to my stomach, she questioned if I was taking anything new. I thought of the One a Day Weight Smart and said yes, she then told me that this could definitely be the problem! I went off of it and within one day felt 100 times better. She also recommended never taking anything like this and to just stick to diet and exercise. I unfortunately learned the hard way after paying for the medication and a doctor's visit!!!

I started using this product early spring 2003, and it has been great. I do take it with my breakfast. With a combination of exercising and the One-A-Day Weight Smart tablets, I have lost 30lbs. I started with a weight of 185, but now I'm holding at 155. I feel like I did many years ago when I was younger and thinner. I'll continue to use the product.

I really think this product is great!!! I was so afraid to try it, but I guess it just depends on your body. I have lost eight pounds in a month on this product. It has only made me feel sick twice, because I didn't eat enough with it. It also makes me feel like I have a ton of energy. I plan to keep taking this product.

I have been taking this product and I have a VERY sensitive stomach. I take it with a cinnamon roll in the mornings and have had no problems. People must realize that everyone's body is different and is going to react different than others. Prescription meds are the same. Some react different in one person to another.

I would not recommend this product to anyone!! I have tried to take this product for the past two mornings. The first day I took it I did not take with food. About 15 minutes after taking it, I threw up in my kitchen sink. The second day I took it I took it with food. About 15 minutes after taking it I got so violently sick. I thought I was pregnant and wasted my money on a pregnancy test to find out I was not pregnant. I not only wasted my money on a pregnancy test, but also on this product.

I love this product. I feel great, and I don't feel nauseas. I lost weight, and I received a lot of compliments from my friends and family. I recommend it highly. I think some people can tolerate a higher dosage of vitamins than others, and this works great for me.

Caution to anyone sensitive to caffeine. While it is not listed separately on the bottle, there is caffeine in the green tea extract. Not knowing this, I took this product and have been struggling with headaches since going off it. I realized there must be caffeine in it when my stomach became upset and now I'm paying the withdrawal consequences.
