I have been taking this product for about a week. I haven't been feeling sick after taking it at all. I take it in the AM with my breakfast, which is usually fairly small. I have felt more energetic throughout the day and I am hoping to start seeing results soon!

This is a fabulous product! I, along with several ladies in my group, have been taking this product since it came out. Never have I felt nauseated or any other side effects. When I first took the vitamin, I didn't take it with food and threw up about 15 minutes after taking it. However, the next day, I took it with food and felt fine all day. I even had a little extra energy. Since then, I haven't felt sick, but I'm taking it with breakfast.

After I took this product, I was sick to my stomach and threw up. My heart was beating very fast for hours. I was not sure why I got so sick until I read the labels a few hours later and found that it had caffeine from the tea extract. I would WARN anyone that's sensitive to caffeine not to take this.

I took this with my normal breakfast (coffee and a cereal bar or bagel) every day for about 2 weeks. After the first 2 days, I felt myself getting incredibly nauseous at work and I thought maybe I was just getting sick, so I thought nothing of it and continued to take it. I forgot to take it one morning and felt just fine, and continued to feel fine after I stopped taking this. This was a waste of worry and money.

I have been taking these vitamins for a few weeks now. Aside from sometimes when I just pig out on my own, I've become less hungry. I have always trusted One-A-Day and will continue to buy the product. I am hoping to lose 30 pounds and I would be pleased if I could say later that this product really helped. So far, I have only felt ill when I have taken the vitamin alone without any food. Its best to eat a little and then take it, but even then, the stomach upset is not so bad. My husband and I have both been taking WeightSmart for about 2 weeks now. I have always taken it with breakfast after exercising and have never felt sick, neither has my husband. I really like it. I've been taking these vitamins for just about a month now. While I cannot tell if it has boosted my metabolism or not, I've noticed a boost in energy & I don't get cold as often. One thing I learned - it is very important to take this vitamin with food, as the label instructs. I found that my breakfasts were not substantial enough, but they do not bother me at all when I take them with lunch. Another thing that helps is to get up and move around if bothered by the pills, sitting makes it worse.

Watch out for the caffeine in this! I took this vitamin after having already had my usual morning coffee, and I suffered from nausea and cardiac arrhythmia for the rest of the morning/early afternoon. Its absolutely sickening, and I'll NEVER take this again.
