I have tried taking this product TWICE, always with food, and half ended up puking my brains out within a half hour of taking it. True, I'm not eating a Thanksgiving dinner, but then, the package just says to take with food. Bread should work, and it doesnt. I am appalled that this item is on the market.

I have only taken this vitamin for two days and I already hate it. I tried taking it both before and after I ate and within 5 minutes I threw it back up.

I have never felt so well in my life. I take the product with food (as insructed), and I have never felt ill. I have notice a considerable increase in energy, and the added calcium has made PMS slightly more tolerable. Not to mention, combined with a low carb diet, I have lost weight.(Editor's note: Individual results may vary.)

I have been using One-A-Day Weight Control for about 2 months. I too was nauseated when I took them in the morning. But when I began taking it with my lunchtime meal, the nausea ended. I started taking Weight Smart in November of 2002. I walked 5 days a week about 3 a mile daily and eat pretty much what I wanted. By March 2003 I had lost 21 pounds. I ate a health breakfast every morning and took weight smart about an hour after. I never felt sick. I slept great. I slacked of in April-August and stopped taking Weight Smart. I have gained 15 pounds back. I have started take Weight Smart again and feel great.

I really liked this product. I noticed a difference within a very short amount of time after I started taking it. I ate the same amount without any change in my physical activity and lost about 5 lbs. I'd recommend it to everyone, and have.

I am so glad I found this site and read these reviews. I always take vitamins and the side effects from this one are terrible. I am bloated and this morning I woke up with hives all over my hands and feet. Losing weight is not worth this. Glad for all the people who have great results, but my goodness this vitamin does not agree with me. And it seems like it doesn't agree with a lot of other people as well. New consumers beware and be careful.

I threw my tablets in the trash today. Whether I took them with or without food, I became ill to the point of vomiting. I have recently begun a heart healthy diet and wanted to start taking vitamins. I will continue reducing my portions, eliminate as many carbs as possible, and find a new vitamin. These aren't worth the side effects.

I saw an ad for Weight Smart in a recent magazine and even though I'm not overweight, thought I'd try it as an energy booster. After lunch today, I took my first and only tablet. Felt a little queasy, feverish and unlike myself, so attempted a nap. Couldn't fall asleep, and figured it was because of the "caffeine powder" (listed on the carton only). Also reasoned that, because I'm 65, maybe I had a bad reaction to the iron that's also in the tablet (seniors beyond menopause are advised not to take iron-containing supplements). As I write this, I still feel a bit dizzy, strange, and light-headed, but am happy to know why, and that "this too shall pass." Wish I'd had the foresight to read the reviews BEFORE plunking money down on something that apparently doesn't agree with many people. Why should we feel so sick and yucky after taking a vitamin supplement in the first place? Seems weird.
