I've been taking these for two weeks and I feel GREAT! The vitamin/mineral combo keeps me energized all day without feeling jittery. I've had no hunger pains and I feel good knowing that everything is natural. Definately take them with food! Stronger multi's tend to make me sick, so I usually eat a couple of bites as a buffer, then I take my daily dose followed by the rest of my meal.

I have been taking this for about two weeks and have noticed that my energy level has increased. I haven't noticed any difference in weight as of yet though. I took the pill ONCE without eating first and I felt terrible, I only did this once and from then on I have take the pill after my lunch and have had no problems. It HAS to be taken with a large amount of food.

I have been taking weight smart for about 3 weeks and at first they made me a little sick but as long as I take with food I'm ok. I'm not as hungry and I try to think of them as a daily vitamin not a diet. I haven't weighed to see if I've lost any weight but it makes me feel better knowing that I'm taking them and they help control my eating.

I love Weight Smart Dietary Supplement. I have read what others have said about getting sick and I suggest that you eat something before or right after. I hope this vitamin never goes off the market, I have had great results and allot more energy...Thank you One A Day.....

I started taking Weight Smart in May and I have lost 15 pounds and went from a size 11 to a size 7/8. I do exercise for only 15 minutes a day, so I do believe the vitamin has something to do with my progress. I just turned 36 and have 4 kids, so this was great for me. I find if you take it at night the upset stomach isn't as bad. I did run out for about 2 weeks and took it the other day and threw up.

I rate this vitamin a 5 star because I don't crave sweets at all anymore,(and I LOVE Sweets)my appetite has decrease significantly. I do feel sick to my stomach when I take it early in the morning, but now every morning the sick feeling is less and less. After reading the reviews, I feel that this vitamin is not for everyone because our bodies are all different. But it works Great for me. I am 43yrs old, and my body chemistry has changed. Before I starting taking the vitamins I would crave food and sweets before my cycle. Not anymore! I am 130 pounds and maintaining. I have more energy now also.

Immediately after taking this product, I feel sick. My husband suggested not drinking it with a carbonated drink, so I tried it with just plain water. Same thing. Within 2 minutes of taking it, I felt nauseated and wanted to get sick right then and there. I've been taking it for 5 days now. The good thing is it has helped curb my appetite and I do have energy. This morning I tried it and got sick within 2 minutes of it. I drank some water, ate some grapes and by the time I made the bed, I couldn't keep it down any longer. I don't even think the product made it all the way down to my stomach. It starts irritating me, and makes me feel queasy immediately afterwards.

If anyone is a big fan of vomiting in the morning, these are your pills! I have been taking One A Day Women's vitamins for years now and love them and I am appalled they would endorse this product. Unfortunately, I bought the big bottle of these Weight Smart "vitamins" without researching first, so now I am stuck with 95 pills and many more mornings of getting sick. I have tried taking it with AND without food. It's like clockwork...I throw up within minutes of taking it everytime. I'm dissapointed in One A Day for putting out a product such as this.

I love this. I have been struggling with my weight and have been unable to lose any. Since taking this, I am able to diet and lose weight without any problem. I only take 1/2 a day - and take 1/2 of a regular vitamin. A whole one seemed to make me jittery. Definitely, it upsets my stomach and I have a cast iron stomach, but I seem to be getting used to it. To me, a small price to pay. I have lost 6 lbs in two weeks, and didn't diet at all on weekends.
