This product made me very sick. I didn't take it with food and I had a stomach ache for hours. The next day I took it with food and still felt sick. I also noticed that my pee turned bright neon green. I do not like this product and think people should steer clear of it.

Awesome Product!!! I love this vitamin!! Not only am I losing weight, but I also feel wonderful!! It is true that if taken without food it will make you feel just awful, however it clearly states to take with food, so as long as it is you won't feel bad, just so wonderful!! Energy level is amazing, and once again I am losing weight with them. Just take with a piece of toast and watch the amazing energy hit you!!! A++++++ Prouduct!

When I first took these they made me feel nauseous. Before I made the coorelation I actually thought I was pregnant and suffering from morning sickness. -yikes! I tried taking them with food, it didn't help. Then one day I had to race to the bathroom to vomit. This was the last straw I threw out the bottle. From a medical standpoint- the only weight loss would be from water loss, which is caused by the diuretic property of caffeine. Maybe the caffeine can cause you to burn a few extra calories due to the extra energy. They say you'll work out harder if you've had caffeine. So from now on I'll just chase my Centrum with coffee. It's tastier and doesn't make me puke!

This vitamin is excellent!! I started working the night shift and I needed something to help me stay awake so I took 1 vitamin and it kept me awake all night. Unfortunately, it took a while for me to go to sleep when I got off. Therefore, the next night I took a 1/2 tablet and it worked well!! Now whenever I work the night shift I take a 1/2 tablet and I am energized all night!!

I work 3rd shift, and I had taken my vitamin before the start of my shift. I couldn't work, and I went to the bathroom so many times that my production was terrible. I will continue to take the pill because I have felt better, with more energy.

I gave these a try and was shocked to feel so sick after taking these, even on the first day! I had a light breakfast as usual then took the vitamin....after feeling sick, I quickly ate something else, and felt a whole lot better! I don't think I will take these again. Instead, I am going back to my centrum chewables. They have always been great for me. I also do like the One A Day Woman's Health much better than these.

I like One-a-Day products, so I'm giving 3 stars for the brand, but this particular vitamin just doesn't work that well. For one, take the "take with food" caution very seriously. I have been able to take vitamins without food in the past, but not these ones. I made the mistake one morning and paid for it! Although, I felt sick at times while taking them with food, too. I found that I needed to have an "all out" breakfast in order for me not to get sick. This is hard for me since I don't usually have too much time in the morning. I didn't notice any energy differences either, but I guess the effects will depend on the person. Just be sure your stomach is filled before taking.

It took me about a week to get used to these. I had some nausea, but that was because I didn't eat with it. It's been about a month, and I feel great! No nausea (because I at least eat a buttered roll before I take it), and my clothes are looser. It really helps with the junk food cravings...

Although I would take this with a meal, I also found that I became extremely nauseous after taking the pill. This was quite a while ago, but I was still extremely relieved to see that I was not the only one who noticed this problem. No other vitamin has ever caused me to feel that way.

I have no problems with this product. I take it after breakfast, and there's no nausea at all. I have energy and feel good; helps me stay on my diet. You have to exercise and watch what you eat. There's no "miracle" pill out there that you can just pop while sitting on the couch and expect to lose weight. Also, be careful of any other medications, vitamins or supplements you are already taking, as they may not mix well, or at all. Could be a reason for the nausea.
