I don't know if this product helps with weight or not because I am horrible at taking pills (I don't remember to do so consistently). However, after reading some of the other comments, I just wanted to say that I normally have lots of problems with vitamins making me sick to my stomach. Thus, I take this before bed, and have no problems at all! I have taken it in the morning without any issues as well.

I have definitely experienced the nausea, but I think I will try what some have suggested: breaking the pill in half and taking it in the morning and in the night-- with LOTS of food! Oddly enough, the nauseous feeling I get is more like an insatiable hunger-- the kind you feel when you haven't eaten in a while and you feel weak and your blood sugar is low. But I'm willing to give it another shot!

I took this product for two weeks and have not felt the nausea that others have endured. However, I have suffered major diahrreah since I began taking it. I can not connect this problem to anything else as my regular diet has not changed, nor have I experienced the usual things that make one have such explosive gastrointestinal distress. The sad thing is it has taken me two weeks to figure this out.

I am in my early twenties and began taking weight smart, primarily to avoid weight gain. I have some vanity pounds that I would like to lose, but I am not overweight. I have taken this vitamin for three months. I always take it with food. I have a very sensitive stomach and have no side-effects at all. I am thrilled with this product. I sometimes binge on college goodies--mozarella sticks and other fried food. Normally, after eating these foods, some of my jeans tend to fit snug for a few days. Since I have been on the weight smart vitamins, I must say I have not suffered that temporary weight gain. I don't weigh myself, so I do not know if I lost weight, all I do know is that for someone who pigs out on junk from time to time, I have stopped gaining weight as a result. I am 150% positive that if I ate reasonably like most people, I would lose weight. My metabolism has really improved, also my muscle tone is more defined.

I have only been taking this vitamin for 6 days but I'm a fan. It completely curbs my appetite all day long. I LOVE food and Im not very interested in my meals anymore, and I'm definitely eating less. I'm not overweight but want to lose a few pounds and I think that will be no problem with this product. I feel energized too but not nauseous. I recommend this product, and advise people to take it early on since its effects are long lasting - that way you'll be able to get some sleep. Take with food as it says. Very good product. I'm so surprised that this works as well as or better than the expensive leading products. Try it! You will love.

I think this product is very good. It has helped me to stay focused with the Weight Watchers plan by giving me some much needed energy and I feel it has helped curb my appetite. I am 47 years old and post menopausal, so losing weight has been a struggle. I will try anything that might help me lose weight and this has, with no apparent side effects. I have been taking this vitamin for almost 2 weeks. The 1st day I took the vitamin without food and became nauseous. The 2nd day I took it with a few crackers and became nauseous. I have never had to take a multivitamin with food since I have a pretty strong stomach. However, I must take this vitamin after lunch or dinner to avoid the nausea. I have lost 3 pounds in just over a week, this is a great vitamin, and I like it and will continue taking it. I have noticed that my appetite has reduced, which is great. This vitamin has a lot of iron and reminds me of prenatal vitamins. Prenatals are the only other vitamins that have ever made me nausea. I recommend this product along with a good meal.

Wow! I thought I was the only one. I get the worst feeling of wanting to vomit after taking this one a day. I never actually vomit though. I don't know which is worse. I've tried it too with food and without and there is no difference. I tried today to take it with dinner and I broke it in half and took it before and during. I felt FINE!! Try that. I felt sick and bloated all the time I was on this product. I thought I had a virus or something bad wrong with me, then I read what people were saying about this product, and I realized I'm not really gonna die, it's this stuff. Shewwwww, what a relief! I felt so sick, so bad, I've layed around for days, missed worked, but did not think it was these. DUH!
