So far I really think this product WORKS. I'm on Weight Watchers but had been on a plateau with my weight loss. I started to drop weight again within the first week I started taking the vitamin. I too did feel nauseous the first day but that went away. Always take the product with food and you should get results.

Well, the porcelain godess was bestowed upon me too. I had followed the directions and ate before taking the product. The 1st day I ate a bowl of instant oatmeal, then took the vitamin. I was nauseous. I skipped a day. Then the 2nd time I had a half of a bagel, took the vitamin, and ate the other half of bagel. I barley made it to the bathroom. It was that quick. I am sure the way you loose weight on this product is by not retaining your food intake. I am appalled that such a trusted company would put out such a product, as I have a stomach of iron normally. I feel that this product is dangerous, and should be reavaluated. I would not recommend One-A-Day Weight Smart.

I started taking these vitamins about 3 months ago. They did make me feel nauseous very suddenly when I took them on an empty stomach. After I started taking after I ate, I was fine. I did notice a slight change in my body after a month and I lost about 3-5 lbs, without any real change in my appetite. I also noticed I had more energy. I think they are a very good option for people trying to control their weight but they HAVE to be taken regularly and on a full stomach to prevent that nauseous feeling.

I don't have any trouble with this vitamin if I eat a full meal first, but if I even try to take it before breakfast, no matter how quickly I eat afterward, I have the most powerful feeling of nausea I have ever felt. I never throw up, but I have come horribly close to barfing in my kitchen sink with this stuff. It's powerful. I've only been taking it a week, so I don't know if it has any effect on weight loss other than a placebo effect, or if it just makes you throw up and feel ill, therefore eating less. Oh, I've never had a moment's trouble taking any other vitamin on an empty stomach before, and I've always taken multivitamins.

I started taking this product about 2 weeks ago, and have not noticed any nausea. I also take Xenadrine for weight loss, but since it keeps me awake at night, I cut my afternoon dosage of the Xenadrine in half and take 1 Weight Smart pill instead. I have had no problems with the product and feel great in the afternoon. I have also noticed a decrease in my appetite at supper vs. at lunch. I personally think that the two products, combined, are great. I would recommend Weight Smart to my friends and family.

This is a good vitamin and will not make you sick to your stomach if you take it with food like it suggests. It is hard on your stomach to take any kind of vitamin when it is empty. I have been taking this plus several other vitamins/supplements for over three months and have had no problems at all.

This is sad to say, but this product made me want to throw up shortly after taking one pill. This was quite a scary situation ...and I wondered if my body was having a not so great reaction to this. Needless to say, I will be taking this product back.
